America’s Next Top Model

Am_top_model

CW always promotes “Top Model” with an ensemble shot of the contestants. This is the worst I’ve seen. Garish and anti-sexy with anonymous contestants (a couple of them look comatose), and jamming sidekicks Jay Manuel and Miss J. in the background for good measure. Also, like on the show, there’s too much Tyra. Airbrushed beyond parody, Tyra's face here is strangely contorted. Oh, and 1960s themes were cool-retro about 10 years ago.

“I’m not even sure what this is,” says one marketing guru. “It looks like a bad Broadway musical.”
