Jackson memorial lineup announced
The list of participants has been released for the Michael Jackson memorial, which will be carried live on most of the broadcast networks.
The participants are a varied mix of celebrities, Jacksons' friends and memorial service entertainment.
The preliminary lineup includes Kobe Bryant; Mariah Carey; Andrae Crouch Choir; Berry Gordy; Jennifer Hudson; Shaheen Jafargholi (finalist on "Britain’s Got Talent"); Magic Johnson; Martin Luther King III; Bernice A. King; John Mayer; Lionel Richie; Smokey Robinson; Rev. Al Sharpton; Brooke Shields; Pastor Lucious Smith (family friend); Ron Boyd (family friend); Usher; and Stevie Wonder.
The service will be 10 a.m. PST Tuesday at the Staples Center. The publicist handling the event noted "there will be no further information [announced] regarding the program." For ongoing Michael Jackson coverage, check out Showbiz411.
