Details on 'Futurama' returning to Comedy Central

Futurama You've probably heard by now that thanks to Comedy Central "Futurama" is finally coming back with a full series order after seven years off the air.

Turns out that order will include 26 new episodes that will run over the course of two seasons and are slated to premiere in mid-2010.

All key voice cast members are expected to return for the new original episodes, along with the series' core writing team. The new episodes will pick up where the most recent DVD special, "Yonder," left off -- with the main characters fleeing death and flying into the unknown.
