ABC yanks 'Suburbia' (again) and slates 'Ted' (again)

Ted ABC can't quite decide which modestly rated sitcom to air this summer.

Embracing the philosophy of summer being the time of repeats, the network is yanking "Surviving Suburbia" (again) and scheduling "Better Off Ted" (again).

New episodes of "Ted" will air Tuesday, June 23, at 9 p.m. after new reality show "The Superstars." The well-regarded yet modestly performing sitcom was renewed by ABC and should return midseason.

Meanwhile Bob Saget's "Suburbia" is being pulled from Wednesdays starting next week, after recently getting a second chance to impress in favor of back-to-back episodes of Mike Judge's animated comedy "The Goode Family."
