'Saturday Night Live' continues ratings roll

SNL continues to deliver strong numbers for its 34th season, with last night's episode up 46% from last year to deliver a 6.0 rating/15 share in the meter-market overnights. Here's the opening sketch with Tina Fey reprising her portrayal of Sarah Palin, mocking the veep contender's aforementioned moose-in-the-headlights sit down with Katie Couric.

10/5/08: And here's the new SNL video spoofing the Biden-Palin debate

It will be interesting to see what happens when the election is over. I think in spite of Tina Fey's distaste of Pailin, Pailin is doing a lot of good for SNL.

It just pains me that the only funny part is the opening sketch and nothing else in the show is even remotely funny -- almost tough to watch, so why bother.

I love to see Tina Fey more than Sarah

They're both pretty darn cute, dontcha think?

Nicholas Fain (sp.?) and his spiel on SNL News Update is the funniest thing I've ever heard!!!!!!!
