'30 Rock' wins comedy; 'Mad Men' wins drama

Second year in a row for "30 Rock." Both as expected...

Matthew Weiner does a string of thank-yous... perhaps it's the tight time limit, but the speeches have seemed like nothing more than the mandatory "thank you's" this evening. Tina Fey gave a Web site URL and premiere date, hardly a tear-wiping moment...

Telecast has concluded but there will be a steady stream of backstage interviews, so I'll have more posts if any good quotes leap out...
