I would like to know why you don't have a member of your team who helps the lost ghosts go home? How can you not offer help to them if they wish to go home (for those who don't know the light or heaven is home). Most of these hauntings are nothing short of slavery, just because you don't see them does not mean they don't exsist in more than just energy! I believe in hauntings but also in giveing the choise to stay or go.
