'Baby Borrowers' finale on par

The season finale of NBC's "The Baby Borrowers" came in second place in its 9 p.m. time period Wednesday night.

The finale (5.4 million viewers, 2.1 preliminary adults 18 to 49 rating and a 6 share) was down 19% from its prior average, but up a tenth from last week. NBC also aired repeats and finished the night in fourth place.

Fox firmly won the night with "So You Think You Can Dance" (8.6 million, 2.9/8) and a repeat. ABC and CBS tied for second, with ABC airing repeats and "Primetime: Crime" (6.2 million, 1.9/6). CBS tried out "Greatest American Dog" (5.9 million, 1.5/5) at 8 p.m., against nothing but repeats, but the show failed to improve and dipped a tenth from last week's Thursday episode.
